I posted recently about the importance of water when I experienced pretty severe dehydration on a run. Now I would like to briefly mention nutrition. If there is one thing I have learned during training this year it is the overall importance of nutrition. Pre, during, and post-run. The final stages of WR50 showed me that even though I feel great at the time, it is imperative to continually be feeding my body fuel. On that note, nutrition is a luxury on which I am very blessed to be able to work.
